Registration and Fees
Convention Nights: 4/15/23 – 4/17/23 at $299 per night, plus 12.5% tax (rooms are limited at this rate)
The nightly room rate will apply three 3 days prior and three 3 days after the convention dates, based upon availability of group rooms, at the time of the request.
A deposit of the 1st night room and tax will be charged to your credit card immediately.
The charges will appear on a royalty statement within 30 days of the end of the event. If the funds are not available at the time of withdrawal, a $55 NSF fee will be assed and all fees for the event will be due immediately.
Participation and Attire
A full participant will have full access to participate in all meals and events. Social participants are only invited to participate in the Monday night welcome receptions and Wednesday nights reception and awards ceremony.
- Business casual.
- Best dress for Wednesday’s awards ceremony.
- Name badges must be worn at all times.
Children are invites to the welcome ceremony and awards banquet if they are registered as a Social Participant. If you’d like them to participate in any other events or meals, they must be registered as a Full Participant.
HOODZ International, The Patch Boys, redbox+, ZPlumberz, Safer Homes Services, and Winmar will all be represented at convention this year.
Travel
- Orlando International Airport
- Monday’s welcome reception begins at 6:00 – 9:00 pm.
- We will end Wednesday night at around 10:00 pm. We encourage everyone to stay Wednesday
night and check-out Thursday morning.
Cancellation
Cancel any time before January 31, 2024 without a cancellation fee. Any cancellations after January 31, 2024 will result in a $100 cancellation fee and any cancellations after March 1, 2024 will result in the full amount being billed
Please cancel 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund of the 1st night room and tax. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1st nights room and tax.
