Room Rates:

Convention Nights: 4/15/23 – 4/17/23 $299 per night, plus 12.5% tax (rooms are limited at this rate)

The nightly room rate will apply three 3 days prior and three 3 days after the convention dates, based upon availability of group rooms, at the time of the request.

Check-In And Check-Out Times
Loews Royal Pacific Resort check-in at 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. You may check out by television, phone, express check-out luggage set in the lobby or traditional check-out at the front desk.

Group (BELFOR) represents and warrants that all event registrants have given permission for the Hotel to provide Group with information about their stay at the Hotel, including their guest information, and that the Group has requested the minimum amount of information necessary to accomplish its purpose. Group agrees to defend and indemnify Hotel, Loews Hotels LLC, and their respective affiliates from and against any and all claims arising out of the Hotel providing Guest information to Group.
